The women's race has been held at every Rapencross since the first in 2018, when Sanne Cant won it. Park ter Beuken, beside the Durme, gives a short and busy lap, and its centrepiece is the Mont Henri, a sharp hill of about twelve metres in an otherwise flat town, where riders have to keep climbing and changing gear. Aniek van Alphen won in 2020, and Denise Betsema won in 2021 ahead of a nineteen-year-old Fem van Empel. Lucinda Brand has won both editions since the race joined the X²O Badkamers Trofee. In 2024, with Van Empel absent after winning the European title, Brand recovered from a poor start and began the last lap 27 seconds clear of Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado and Sara Casasola, a win that took her into the series lead. The race returns to the HG Cross for 2026 and is held on a Saturday for the first time.
