The women's race at Gullegem has been part of the event since the first edition in January 2018, on the same twisting lap beside the Heulebeek with its bridges, logs, sand pit and washboard. Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado is the only rider to have won it twice, in 2020 and 2023, and Shirin van Anrooij, Zoe Bäckstedt and Lucinda Brand are among its other winners. In January 2026 Amandine Fouquenet won in her first race for Pauwels Sauzen-Altez. She went clear early, was caught at half distance by a group including Aniek van Alphen, then attacked again on the penultimate lap and held on to win by nine seconds from Marion Norbert Riberolle. It was one of three Superprestige wins she took that winter, and she finished level on points with Van Alphen, who took the title on the tie-break. In 2026–27 Gullegem hosts the final round for the first time, so the title will be decided here.
